DomainJoy is a Windhill project. When you contact us, we use the details you provide to respond, understand your requirements and discuss a domain purchase or domain-finding service. Please only include information needed for your enquiry.
How your details are handled
Our website runs on Hetzner infrastructure. Cloudflare provides website delivery, spam protection through Turnstile and email sending. Enquiries are delivered to our business mailbox hosted by Fastmail. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Domain checkout
When you request a checkout link, we keep your email, optional name, chosen domain, quoted price and the request outcome in our private DomainJoy dashboard. We use these records to assist with your purchase and resolve checkout problems. Afternic creates the payment link using the domain and price. GoDaddy collects your payment and billing details directly; we do not receive your card details.
Website services
These providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP addresses and request information. Our typeface is served by Fontshare. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising on this site.
Retention and questions
We keep correspondence while it is needed to handle your enquiry or subsequent work, including any records we need to retain for business obligations. For privacy questions or a request about your information, please use our contact form.
